ABORA, is a brand new flat of 65 m2, with swimming pool, gym and garage included.
The flat is a functional and modern decorated space.
It stands out for its great luminosity, the decoration in light and natural tones, with a touch of yellow and different textures, with which we have paid tribute to the sun that the Canary Islands boasts, hence its name, "ABORA".
The flat has 1 bedroom, master bedroom, 1 reading room/dressing room, living and dining room, fully equipped kitchen area and bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Towels and bed linen are provided.
The accommodation offers free high speed WiFi ideal for telecommuting and video conferencing and flat screen TV.
For bookings of more than 7 nights, a cleaning every 7 days will be included as a general rule.
We want to offer a more "responsible" flat with the environment, where we have taken care of energy optimization, with the use of LED lighting, and appliances that have energy efficiency certificate. We reduce the use of single-use plastic, provide waste and recycling options and promote local commerce.
The flat is located in the expansion area of the city in an unbeatable environment. In the immediate vicinity there are various services such as the beach of Las Canteras at 1.2 km, a few minutes from the Las Arenas shopping centre, the Las Palmeras golf course, 400 metres away, and 950 metres from the Dr. Negrín hospital.
The nearest airport is Gran Canaria Airport, 24 km away.
Because of its location, we encourage our guests not to use the car so often, providing them with information about how to get around, walking, cycling, or public transport, helping to reduce their environmental impact on the area.
