Our 55 m² flat is located in a very quiet residential area "Las Ramblas", it has one bedroom and can accommodate two people.
The space is tastefully decorated, modern and recently refurbished. It is 100% equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils for your total enjoyment.
One of the most pleasant areas of the flat is, without a doubt, its terrace with views of the swimming pool and the gardens of the complex. It has outdoor furniture for having breakfast or enjoying a meal with the pleasant views.
The complex has a large swimming pool, gymnasium and paddle tennis courts to which our clients have full access. The flat has a free private parking in the same building.
Nearby is the Negrin Hospital, 400 m from the golf course "Las Palmeras Golf", 650 m from the supermarket "LIDL", 2 km from the sandy beach "Playa Las Canteras", 3 km from the restaurant "Restaurante Tergeste", 7 km from the bus station "Estación de Guaguas San Telmo", 26 km from the airport "Aeropuerto Gran Canaria" and is located in an ideal area for families zone and within an urbanization.
The accommodation is equipped with the following things: lift, garden, iron, internet access (wifi), hair dryer, balcony, children's playground in the urbanization, air conditioned in the living room.
