Description
Our 118 m² flat is located in a new and modern building, close to shops and restaurants and a few meters from Las Canteras. It has two bedrooms and can accommodate up to 4 people.
Among the main attractions is the terrace, which is spacious, equipped with outdoor furniture and overlooking a park.
The flat is very spacious and bright, the living room has large windows that offer the room great luminosity and tranquility, as they block the outside sound. There are curtains to block out the light if the client prefers.
One of the bedrooms has a double bed, wardrobe, private bathroom (with shower) and direct access to the terrace.
The other bedroom has a trundle bed that can be left either individually or open, and has access to a large sun terrace.
The parking (which is very spacious and easily accessible) is included in the price and our guests can make use of it, in case of travelling by car.
It has a lift, internet access (wifi), hairdryer, television, radio.
The open plan induction kitchen is equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer.
The location of the flat is unbeatable. It is not necessary to have a car to discover the city. Nearby there are pharmacies, shopping centres, bars, restaurants. There is a Mercadona supermarket less than 50m away and of course, the wonderful Paseo de Las Canteras.

El alojamiento dispone de todo lo que se necesita. La decoracion es moderno, limpio y espacioso. Esta en una ubicacion ideal para ir a cualquier lado ya que todo esta cerca restaurantes, tiendas, supermercados, centros comerciales... Vine a Las palmasee more

Esta en una ubicacion ideal para ir a cualquier lado ya que todo esta cerca restaurantes, tiendas, supermercados, centros comerciales... Vine a Las palmas por trabajo y temia que no me iba a sentir del todo comoda, pero desde el primer momento, Ana estuvo a nuestra total disposicion e hizo que nos sintieramos en casa. Gracias a ella no lo olvidaremos. Volveremos!!
