Harbour Breeze is a very modern and very comfortable apartment, and hopefully if it is available when we are visiting Torquay next time, we will be booking at Harbour Breeze again. !!!

There is nothing to complain about, the Harbour Breeze Apartment is just Brilliant. We spent time visiting local attractions, and returning back to our Harbour Breeze Apartment, and we were able to eat at different (superb) venues every day. !!!
