The kitchen facilities were excellent. It was neatly presented and the five bedrooms were great. Best part is the rotunda glass house at the top with spectacular views and game facilities. We did enjoy our stay tremendously.

Wow! This place has so much character. As a family of 7 (plus a baby & dog) we had ample space between us. The views from the roof are stunning. A perfect place to sit for your morning coffee! Precious memories have been made. Thank you

Out of all the Air B n Bs / hotels I have stayed in, this was the most accurately pictured and described place. The property was magnificent with lovely detail, great views, a great old English feel and really added to a trip I had with friends. Jamevedi di più

The property was magnificent with lovely detail, great views, a great old English feel and really added to a trip I had with friends. James and the other people I communicated with were understanding, quick in their responses and helpful. The place is about a 20 minute walk to the beach / centre of town and it’s an easy walk, basically just heading down one long road. There is a Tesco superstore nearby for anything you need. I would recommend the George and Dragon pub in town and the whetherspoons is also good. Book this place and have fun!

Dishwasher was broken (they wanted to fix this on our last day and so I refused as it would be a huge inconvenience having workmen there on our last day) and floors left soaking on arrival from where It seems they were trying to fix it. Mattresses onvedi di più

Mattresses on the double beds extremely uncomfortable, visible black mould in the upstairs toilet and in some rooms showing through from behind the wallpapers, driveway leading upto the gates is broken to the point that it is a hazard to the underside of your vehicle, be very wary if you have a sports car or a vehicle without much ground clearance as there is a huge void missing in the ground which could be fixed but looks like its been like it for 10+ years.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Round House! Easy check in, though would have appreciated to have had an earlier check in… Lovely garden, good amount of kitchen ware, thank you for the delicious biscuits! Good amount of towels and washing machine tvedi di più

Good amount of towels and washing machine tablets, only thing is there is only 1 shower on the first floor for the whole family (we were 9 people) and it was a little temperamental, it didn’t stay one consistent temperature… there is also another shower downstairs but only a couple of us used it. The views from the top floor were great! Fab walk into town and into the forests behind the house. We even made a fire, which the kids thoroughly enjoyed!

Had an amazing 3 nights in this beautiful house. So much space for 10 of us. The sun room and roof terrace are the perfect place to take in the views. Nice walk down to the harbour and an easy bus route back. Overall 10/10.
