We had a lovely time here over New Year’s Eve watching the fireworks over the bay. The views are amazing. The house was decorated and fully equipped to cater for the us all. Would certainly recommend.

Beautiful accommodation. Amazing views. Very relaxing. Quite a few steps up to property, but OK if fit! My 89 yr old Mom did well! Great shortcut to Harbour/Marina, down the steps by the flats. 5 mins. Every room was perfect!

At first glance the bedrooms look small but they are actually a decent size. We were 3 adults, 2 x 7 year olds and a 12 year old and we were very comfortable. Nicely decorated. Having a cheap car park right next door was a huge bonus, just £10 per 24 hours or £3 for overnight parking.

We had a wonderful stay at The Boathouse. Everything exceeded our expectations from the breathtaking views in the garden to the fairy lit balcony view, the yummy welcome pack and the home from home touches. The children appreciated the TV’s in every room and had great fun playing music from the Bluetooth mirror in the bathroom! Prime location meant we were a stones throw from the harbour, shops, bars and restaurants with crazy golf, the beach and the train station only a 10 minute stroll away! There are some steep steps up to the house but it was worth it! A wonderful weekend at The Boathouse, would recommend !
