Our apartment is located in a private urbanisation facing La Guirra Beach, a few steps from its pleasant seafront promenade. A privileged environment where you can wake up every morning surrounded by sea and mountain, and very close to two of the best golf courses in this Biosphere Reserve.
The property has two bedrooms and can accommodate up to four people. It has been completely renovated, offering a modern, functional space decorated with taste. With an area of 80 m², it is ideal for both families and couples looking for comfort and tranquillity.
The residential complex has spacious common areas, a communal swimming pool and lift, facilitating a comfortable and worry-free stay.

The independent kitchen, with an induction hob, is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, complete crockery and basic kitchen utensils.
For technical reasons, the dishwasher is currently out of service due to a defect in the equipment itself. The rest of the accommodation and equipment are functioning normally. We appreciate your understanding.
