Important: In order to ensure the most transparent communication possible, we would like to inform you that work is being carried out next to the accommodation, which may cause noise during your stay.

Note: The apartment building does not have a lift. To get there, you have to climb 4 flights of stairs.

To ensure everything goes well, we ask you to pay attention to some house rules and warnings:

⚠️ The concierge is not authorized to store guests' luggage, however, if you wish, you can leave your bags here at our agency.

⚠️ No noise is allowed after 10pm (Silence Law).

⚠️ The tenant must provide a list with the full names and identity documents of all the people who will be staying in the apartment during the stay, respecting the maximum number of people established in the reservation. People who are not on the provided list cannot enter the building.

⚠️ Separate organic waste from recyclable waste, disposing of them in different garbage bags.

⚠️ When leaving the apartment, check that you have turned off all electrical equipment. If this item is not complied with, the owner may deduct R$100.00 per day from the security deposit.

⚠️ Our check-in is from 3pm and our check-out is before 11am. If you want to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, check availability.

⚠️ For each reservation, we provide 1 set of bed linen per bed and 1 set of bath linen per guest. Bed and bath linen change services can be contracted and paid separately. Be careful with products that may damage them, as any damaged items may be debited from your security deposit.

⚠️ All guests must submit their identification document at least 24 hours before arrival.

⚠️ The rooftop is for the exclusive use of guests. Occasionally, closed events may occur, during which access to the venue will be temporarily unavailable.

⚠️ To use the rooftop pool, you will need to sign a form agreeing to the rules on site.

⚠️ It is not allowed to take any items from the suite to the beach, such as beach chairs.

⚠️ The building where this accommodation is located has two entrances: one on Rua Prado Júnior, 48, and the other on Rua Princesa Isabel, 7. After 8pm, access should only be via Rua Princesa Isabel, 7.

⚠️ The sockets in the accommodation are 220V. Notebooks and cell phone chargers are bivolts (we recommend checking before use).

⚠️ The tenant must provide a list with the full names and identity documents of all the people who will be staying in the apartment during the stay, respecting the maximum number of people established in the reservation. People who are not on the provided list cannot enter the building.

⚠️ Important: After submitting the list, you cannot unsubscribe a guest and then resubscribe another. This means you cannot exchange or replace guests during their stay.

⚠️ The stay in the space is exclusive for the registered guests, and the entry of other people is not allowed.
