Cathedral View, originally home to Wippell ecclesiastical suppliers in the 1880’s, is a Grade II listed building with impressive original Gothic Revival features. The Norman Cathedral, which was replaced from 1270 - 1340, forms the base for the beautiful Gothic building we see today, with its famous west front and elegant nave. The city itself dates back more than 2,000 years and once served as a centre of trade for the Roman Empire. The old city walls can still be found in nearby Southernhay, forming part of the City Wall Trail, one of many historical walks around Exeter. You can park your car directly outside the front of the apartment to drop off luggage and there is a lift to the apartment. However, there are just a couple of steps in the hallway before accessing the lift.
Please do not parking the disabled parking marked area. Only park opposite the Natwest Bank area for only 5 minutes drop off before 10am and after 4pm
