This modern holiday home offers a comfortable and relaxing experience, just a short walk from Playa La Arena beach and the sea. It features a private pool that can be heated for an additional supplement, ideal for enjoying throughout the year.
The outer space is spacious and very pleasant, with sun loungers, barbecue area and a perfect table for outdoor meals.
Lilias Home has three bedrooms and is an ideal option for both families and remote workers. Although located within a building, it has independent access and a private swimming pool. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances, a comfortable living room with a large-screen television (with Astra satellite channels), wifi, and a guest toilet. On this same floor is the main bedroom, which includes an elegant en-suite bathroom and is perfect for those who prefer to avoid stairs.
On the first floor, there are two additional bedrooms, a full bathroom with a shower, an independent toilet, and a small living room with a sofa bed and access to a balcony where one can enjoy the sun.
Each room has a work desk, which makes the accommodation especially suitable for those who work remotely. The property is located on a dead-end street, which makes parking just in front easy, and is situated in a very quiet residential area. Parties are not allowed and it is important to respect the quiet hours between 23:00 and 08:00.
On the roof of the building there is a communal swimming pool with spectacular views of the sea, the mountains and the island of La Gomera.
Check-in is available until 9:00 PM. For later arrivals, an additional charge applies. The private pool is maintained once a week; the exact day will be informed upon arrival.

Taucho Suite is a holiday rental house with 4 bedrooms ideal for families and remote workers. It is inside a building, but with private access and private pool. On the ground floor you have a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances for cooking, large dining room and living room with large TV (Astra satellite) and wifi, separate toilet. The main bedroom with a great bathroom design and bathtub in the bedroom is downstairs, so there are no steps to walk. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms. First bedroom with private bathroom, TV and desk. The second with balcony. The third with TV and desk. There is another bathroom for these 2 bedrooms with bathtub. As it is located on a dead-end street, it is easy to find parking just in front. It is a quite residential area.
