Our cosy studio for 2 people is located next to the Paseo de Las Canteras, on the quiet pedestrian street José Franchy Roca, one of the most pleasant and central areas of the city.
The studio has been tastefully decorated, designed to offer our guests a comfortable and pleasant stay. It is ideal for couples or friends who want to enjoy the city and the beach.
The accommodation is fully equipped. It has an open-plan kitchen with a ceramic hob, kitchen utensils, microwave, coffee maker and everything necessary to prepare your meals during your stay.
The bathroom is spacious, with a shower and washing machine. We also provide bath towels for added comfort.
The studio has WiFi, ideal for those who need a stable connection for teleworking or making video calls.
The location is perfect for discovering the city. Although it is located in a very central area, the apartment is quiet and silent as it is situated on a pedestrian street without traffic.
Just a few metres away is Las Canteras Beach, where you can enjoy the beach, restaurants, bars and terraces. In the surrounding area you will also find supermarkets, pharmacies and all the necessary services.
It is not essential to rent a car, as the location allows easy walking. However, if you travel by car, you will find several private car parks in the area, as well as regulated parking areas (blue and green zones).
Our accommodations are cleaned and disinfected by professional companies, following strict hygiene protocols to ensure maximum cleanliness and safety.

Precioso apartamento a escasos metros de las Canteras. Está muy buen cuidado a la par de una limpieza excelente. El trato con doña Ana fue exquisito. Sin duds, volvería a repetir en el apartamento o con HomeForGuest.

Quiet and cosy holiday home located in the city centre, just a few metres from Las Canteras beach.
This 60m2 house, fully furnished, consists of a large and independent double bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom.
Fully equipped with everything you need, internet connection with unlimited Wifi, iron, hairdryer, TV.... Perfect to enjoy a relaxing holiday on the beach as well as in the cultural sites.

"Las Canteras Beach is a long stretch of sand, occupying some 3800 metres of coastline, which stretches along the bay.
Las Canteras is one of the best urban beaches in the country and in the world, as it is a beach with good weather almost all year round. It is the place in the capital to relax, where time stands still and where you can do sport any day of the week, wearing a swimming costume, bikini, goggles and snorkel, paddle (beach rackets) or surfboard.
It is also a great marine life reserve. Its seabed is home to a thousand types of fish. On land, it is a refuge for walkers, fishermen and surfers. And it has a special peculiarity. This peculiarity is what the locals call "La Barra", a long rocky formation that spreads out not far from the sand and protects a large part of the beach from the tides, transforming it into a natural saltwater pool when the tide is out. A curious line of stones makes the bay the best place on this side of the globe for swimming, as the salty sea facilitates buoyancy and, when wearing swimming goggles, gives the impression of being inside a large aquarium.
And if you want to walk, we recommend the long promenade that winds along the sand, passing cafés and ice-cream parlours. At the beginning of the promenade you will find the terraces of La Puntilla and the fresh fish restaurants. At the other end of the beach, the surfing atmosphere around the Alfredo Kraus Auditorium, with more terraces and cafés facing the sea.
