Description
Our accommodation is located in a privileged area of the city: Las Canteras.
It has 110 m² and is furnished with taste and a style combined between modern and vintage. It has capacity for 6 people.
The apartment is very bright and spacious, including a terrace surrounded by glass where you can see the beach of Las Canteras from two different angles.
If you prefer not to rent a car, the area is so central that you will have many places of interest and services (pharmacies, supermarkets, bars, restaurants) within walking distance. In addition to having a few meters the spectacular promenade of Las Canteras which is more than recommended.
If you have a car, at less than 50m there is a private parking with very good prices per hour and per day.
The apartment is distributed as follows:
Suite bedroom: it has a large double bed, marble en-suite bathroom and a large dressing room.
Bedroom 2: Has a double bed (which can be adapted to single bed)
There's a double sofa in the living room.
The kitchen is very modern and is equipped 100% with everything you may need.
It is located 10 m from the sandy beach "PLAYA LAS CANTERAS", 75 m from the supermarket "SPAR LAS CANTERAS", 2 km from the golf course "LAS PALMERAS GOLF", 6 km from the bus station "SAN TELMO", 27 km from the airport "AEROPUERTO DE GRAN CANARIA" and is located in an ideal area for families and by the sea.
It has an elevator, terrace, iron, internet access (wifi), hairdryer, balcony, covered parking in a nearby building, music system.
The independent induction kitchen is equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, toaster, water kettle and juicer.
In response to the Coronavirus (Covid-19) and for your peace of mind we have implemented a cleaning and disinfection protocol in all our accommodations following the recommendations of the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) and the Vacation rental housekeeping professionals (VRHP). Contact us for further information.
The HomeForGuest team will be at your disposal for any matter you may need.
For reasons of hygiene, we kindly ask you to remove the rubbish and food leftovers on the day of check out. There will be a charge of 15euros for leaving more than two bags of rubbish.
