As a introduction, we can say you will enjoy an amazing apartment of 190m2 completely renovated by a decorator who designed two areas: one to enjoy during the day facing the sea, where they all lived together, for that reason he designed the American kitchen joined to the living room with the concept "open space" and another area for the night, for rest, in the back.
In addition, the areas are separated with a panel in which the rooms are not distinguished in such a way that they are visually separate rooms.
In this area we find 3 spacious suites featured with bathroom and heating/airconditioning.
There is a guest toilet that is accessed from the dining room.

There were some frustrating issues with cleaning and maintenance. The shower holder was broken, the door stopper was broken and rusty, and even though we complained, it never got replaced, and we didn’t get any feedback. But what bothered me the mostsee more

We have notice the problem of the shower with the moldy . There are lots of corners and it looks quite complicate to clean it perfectly. We have just disasembled the doors of the shower to clean it and thesee more
