The apartment is on the 7th floor so you have a wonderful view of the whole length of the beach. The promenade and beach are quite spectacular. The resort has direct access to the sandy beach, so you won’t have to cross any road. The apartment comprises 3 bedrooms, The Main room with access to the huge 15 m 2 glazed balcony, which faces the sea, two twin rooms with a view to the swimming pool, 2 bathrooms, both of which have showers, WC’s and wash-hand basins. In the lounge there is a settee, plus other tables and chairs. Satelitte T.V. Plama .D.V.D The apartment has a lift. The building has a swimming pool, tennis court and paddel a large terrace suitable for children to play for and sunbathing all the complex is renew. Our host Gregorio was extremely helpful from start to end (especially when we locked ourselves out without our airline bag he was straight to the rescue). We can´t wait to return in the summer when gandia will come alive. Very highly recommend this very clean safe beautiful apartment.

I would recommend this to anyone thinking of visiting Gandia. The views are stunning. Because we were there at Christmas all was quiet and peaceful, it certainly will be bustling in the summer though. Bars and restaurants are within walking distance. The wi fi is a little slow but works fine, our Firestick response was mostly very good.

La ubicación no puede ser mejor, ya que directamente sales del edificio a las tablas de la playa y, aunque está en una zona tranquila, tienes todos los servicios necesarios a tu alrededor (supermercado, tiendas varias, heladerías, restaurantes...) Además, los anfitriones están pendientes de que durante tu estancia estés como en tu casa, ofreciendo su ayuda por si necesitas cualquier cosa. |
