Bermudas is a wonderful luxury apartment on the first line of Gandia beach, with direct beach access.
It has SMART TV and high-speed, guaranteed and stable WIFI for teleworking. If you have responsibilities and need to attend to them for a while, you will be able to do so without any problem.
Parking space NOT included. Optional parking, subject to availability. Price: 15€/night
Between the sand and the complex, you will find a pedestrian walkway where you can enjoy long walks by the sea. With direct sea views from your glazed terrace, you will contemplate a panoramic view of the seafront promenade. We recommend that you do not miss a sunrise, it is an unforgettable spectacle. The complex has an overflowing pool, solarium, tennis and paddle.
Gandia beach has blue flags that guarantee the quality of its waters and beach services throughout the year.
If you want to enjoy water sports in the sea, during the summer season you have a multi-water sports school a few metres from the apartment. At the school, you can enjoy classes in windsurfing, catamaran, kayak, paddle surf, etc.
You can also learn sailing at the Gandia Sailing Club in the nautical club area of Gandia beach.
But if you are into running, Gandia beach has a completely renovated path for runners and bicycles (in low season you can rent our bicycles for €12/day). Or you can also opt for a rewarding walk along the beach shore, it has 3 km of beach from the apartment to Xeraco beach and 3 km from the apartment to the nautical club.

Lo mejor las estupendas vistas a las playa de Gandía. En zona tranquila, pero con todos los servicios cerca. Apartamento recién reformado, muy completo en menaje y ropa de baño y cama. Edificio años 70 pero muy limpio y cuidado. Piscina, pistas de tesee more

Located 400 m from the beach, is a big resort ideal for your beach holidays.
It´s featured with 5 swimming pools: 1 heated pool, 2 pools for kids and 3 for adults and outdoor jacuzzi. HEATED POOL OPEN ALL WINTER-SPRING. OUTSIDE POOL CLOSED FROM END SEPT. TO END APRIL.
There are two areas where you can cook a barbecue or paella. You can also use tables and chairs to enjoy the meal under the shade of a roof.
You play some sports like play tennis and Padel. There is a tennis court and two padel court. You can enjoy them for FREE.
Make a break in the Sauna (1€/hour) or in the heating swiming pool or go to the gym. There is also playground with swings for your children.
The apartment has a big living room up to 6/7 people with large sofa, TV with international channels. and eating area for 6 people. There are 3 bedrooms: 1 double room, 1 room with 2 single beds and 1 room with 3 single beds. Linen provided.
There is a big terrace with view to the sea and to the mountains. The terrace has table and chairs for seating 6 people, and two deck chairs. There are two bathrooms: 1with shower, 1with bathtub enclosed.
Kitchen is fully equipped.

AIRCONDITIONING/HEATING in the bedrooms and livingroom.
When you go to the beach, you will find a Windsurf/surf School with very friendly people. We recommend you this if you are coming with kids. They will enjoy it a lot and you will have time to relax (win-win).

About restaurants, you will find a lot but we can tell you where to go and what you have to order.
