The Apartment

The main bedroom has a King size bed, while the second bedroom features a Queen bed and a Full bed. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fan, television with international cable channels and private bathroom.
The property also includes a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room and dining room, furnished terrace, private garden, outdoor dining area and access to a community pool.

Description of the Area
This luxurious two-bedroom apartment is located in the private Hacienda del Mar complex, within the Puntacana Resort & Club, one of the most exclusive Caribbean destinations for beach and golf. The resort spans 15,000 acres of land and offers kilometres of white sandy beaches and 45 championship golf holes.
Hacienda del Mar is a modern residential complex with views of the La Cana golf course, designed by P.B. Dye. It features a beautiful pool area and is located very close to the beach. Its location is ideal, just a few minutes from Punta Cana International Airport and Puntacana Village, where you can find shops, restaurants, bars and services such as pharmacy, hairdresser and dry cleaning.
The resort offers activities such as golf, tennis, sailing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, snorkelling, diving, deep-sea fishing, horse riding, gym and Six Senses Spa. Some services may have an additional cost.

Payment and Cancellation Policy
From 6 January to 17 December, 50% of the total amount is required at the time of booking and the remaining 50% must be paid 60 days before arrival. Cancellations made at least 60 days in advance are refundable; cancellations within 59 days prior are not eligible for refund.
From 18 December to 5 January and during Thanksgiving week, 50% of the total amount is required at the time of booking, which is non-refundable. The remaining 50% must be paid 90 days before arrival. Date changes are not permitted during this season except for force majeure. Approved changes will be valid for a maximum of 11 months. No refunds will be made for seasonal rate differences.
An administrative fee of US$ 160 will be applied to all full refunds when payment has been made by bank transfer. For credit card payments, a 4% management fee will be withheld.
