Furthermore, it is also located 1km from Mirante do Leme and 1km from Cardeal Arcoverde Metro Station, providing easy access to explore the city! The location is close to restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, bars and a variety of other services.

For everything to run smoothly, we ask you to pay attention to some house rules and notices:
⚠️ Important: If the necessary documents for check-in are not sent at least 24 hours in advance, there may not be sufficient time for access to the property to be released. In this situation, the guest may be unable to check in on the same day of arrival, and will need to wait until the following day for the process to be completed.
⚠️ The concierge is not authorised to store guests' luggage, however, if you wish, you can leave your baggage here at our agency.
⚠️ Making noise from 22:00 onwards is not permitted (Quiet Hours Law).
⚠️ The tenant must provide a list with the full names and identity documents of all people who will stay in the apartment during their stay, respecting the maximum number of people established in the booking. People who are not on the provided list cannot enter the building.
⚠️ Separate organic waste from recyclables, disposing of them in different rubbish bags.
⚠️ Use the service entrance and lift when you have luggage or swimwear.
⚠️ When leaving the apartment, check that you have switched off all electrical equipment. Failure to comply with this item may result in the property owner deducting £100.00 per day from your security deposit.
⚠️ Our check-in is from 15:00 and our check-out is before 11:00. If you wish to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, please check availability.

Um dia antes me falaram que eu não ia poder ficar hospedada em Botafogo (que foi o apartamento que eu tinha fechado)
E eu só tinha duas opções: ou pegava o dinheiro de volta ou eu ia para esse apartamento. Então não tinha escolha! Não tinha cabeça psee more

E eu só tinha duas opções: ou pegava o dinheiro de volta ou eu ia para esse apartamento. Então não tinha escolha! Não tinha cabeça para procurar outro lugar pra eu ficar e aceitei ficar nesse apartamento. cheguei nesse apartamento no Leme, primeiro estava sem internet, passamos 1 dia sem internet. Depois a porta do segundo quarto começou a desmanchar ( o guarda-roupa era velho ) e depois o banheiro começou a ter vazamento. Um caos total!! Aconselharia que antes de fechar com o hóspede seria bom fazer uma MANUTENÇÃO geral!! e não deixar passar o hóspede passar por esses transtornos. Saímos de longe, pagamos caro para ter uma experiência ruim. e a única coisa que (deram) por conta da casa foi papel higiênico, cobertos e toalhas 🤦️ |

Pedimos desculpas pelos transtornos causados com a mudança de apartamento, pela falta de manutenção e pela ausência de itens e serviços essenciais, como a internet nos primeiros dias. Entendemos completamente a frustração de ter fechado uma hospedagem esperando conforto e tranquilidade, e acabar enfrentando problemas que poderiam – e deveriam – ter sido evitados. A sua avaliação é extremamente importante para nós e será levada com a seriedade que merece. Iniciaremos uma revisão geral nas acomodações para garantir que situações como essas não se repitam. Estamos reforçando os procedimentos de manutenção preventiva e melhorando a comunicação com os hóspedes em casos de realocação, que só devem acontecer em última instância – e com apoio real na busca por alternativas. In this situation, the guest may be unable to check in on the same day of arrival and will need to wait until the following day for the process to be completed.
⚠️ The concierge is not authorised to store guests' luggage, however, if you wish, you can leave your baggage here at our agency.
⚠️ Making noise from 22:00 onwards is not permitted (Quiet Hours Law).
⚠️ The tenant must provide a list with the full names and identity documents of all people who will stay in the apartment during their stay, respecting the maximum number of people established in the reservation. People who are not on the provided list cannot enter the building.
⚠️ Separate organic waste from recyclables, disposing of them in different rubbish bags.
⚠️ Use the service entrance and lift when you have luggage or swimwear.
⚠️ When leaving the apartment, check that you have switched off all electrical equipment. If this item is not complied with, the owner may deduct R$100.00 per day from the security deposit.
⚠️ Our check-in is from 3pm and our check-out is before 11am. If you would like to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, please check availability.
⚠️ For each reservation we provide 1 set of bed linen per bed and one towel per guest. Bed linen and towel change services can be arranged and paid separately. Please be careful with products that may damage them, as any damaged items may be charged to your security deposit.
⚠️ All guests must send their identification document at least 24 hours before arrival.
⚠️ There is no daily cleaning service during your stay. If you are interested, please check with reception for availability of this service.
