To ensure everything goes well, we ask you to pay attention to some house rules and warnings:

⚠️ The concierge is not authorized to store guests\' luggage, however, if you wish, you can leave your bags here at our agency.

⚠️ No noise is allowed after 10pm (Noise Law).

⚠️ The tenant must provide a list with the full names and identity documents of all the people who will be staying in the apartment during the stay, respecting the maximum number of people established in the reservation. People who are not on the provided list cannot enter the building.

⚠️ Separate organic waste from recyclable waste, disposing of them in different garbage bags.

⚠️ Use the service entrance and elevator when you have luggage or beach clothes.

⚠️ When leaving the apartment, make sure you have turned off all electrical equipment. If this item is not complied with, the owner may deduct R$100.00 per day from the security deposit.

⚠️ Our check-in is from 3pm and our check-out is before 11am. If you want to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, check availability.

⚠️ For each reservation we provide 1 set of bed linen per bed and 1 set of bath linen per guest. Bed and bath linen change services can be contracted and paid separately. Be careful with products that may damage them, as any damaged items may be debited from your security deposit.

⚠️ Hygiene items, such as toilet paper, are only provided at the beginning of your stay and are not replenished.

⚠️ All guests must send their identification document at least 24 hours before arrival.

Located 8 minutes from Praia da Reserva, it is close to the best restaurants, markets and shops in the area! It's also just 10 minutes from the Olympic Park and 9 minutes from Recreio Beach.

📍 Barra Sunday Residencial Resort offers a variety of amenities:

• Adult and children's swimming pools open Tuesday to Sunday from 9am to 6pm. Access is permitted on presentation of a medical certificate valid for up to 6 months to the pool attendant.

• Dry and steam sauna (check timetable with supervisor or building management).

• Sports and indoor football court open from 8am to 10pm.

• Tennis court (check timetable with supervisor or building management).

• Restaurant and bar open Tuesday to Sunday from 7am to 10pm, offering breakfast, snacks, meals and drinks. Delivery service available.

• Playground equipped with toys for children.

• Beauty Sunday Studio open from Tuesday to Saturday (except public holidays) from 9am to 7pm.

• Barra Sunday Market: held fortnightly on Saturdays from 8am to 1pm in front of block 4 (except public holidays).

• VMarket: a mini-market located in block 1, where shopping is done autonomously via the shop's app.

• Cinema Barra Sunday, a cinema located in block 1, open from Friday to Sunday. The film programme is shown in advance in the lifts. The space is small, so check availability and, if necessary, make a reservation.
