NOTE: In order to maintain transparent communication with our guests, we inform you that construction work on the Casa Rio rooftop is ongoing from Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5:30pm.

In the area, you will find the best restaurants, markets and shops for all your needs, all just a few steps away. In addition, it is only 5 minutes from the charming Praia do Leme and 11 minutes from the Cardeal Arcoverde Metro Station, which facilitates access to other attractions in Rio de Janeiro.

The space also offers amenities that go beyond what is expected, including a coworking area, ideal for those who need to combine leisure and work, and a practical smart market, ensuring quick access to essential items without leaving the condominium. For your convenience, there is also a 1-volume locker and a changing room, with a shower and toilet, both available free of charge to guests, as well as a 24-hour reception. Everything has been designed to provide you with a stay with maximum comfort, practicality and convenience.

To ensure everything goes well, we ask that you pay attention to some house rules and warnings:

⚠️ No noise is allowed after 10pm (Silence Law).

⚠️ It is not allowed to take any items from the suite to the beach, such as beach chairs.

⚠️ The building where this accommodation is located has two entrances: one on Rua Prado Júnior, 48, and the other on Rua Princesa Isabel, 7. After 8pm, access should only be via Rua Princesa Isabel, 7.

⚠️ The sockets in the accommodation are 220V. Notebooks and cell phone chargers are bivolts (we recommend checking before use).

⚠️ The tenant must provide a list with the full names and identity documents of all the people who will be staying in the apartment during the stay, respecting the maximum number of people established in the reservation. People who are not on the provided list cannot enter the building.

⚠️ Important: After submitting the list, you cannot unsubscribe a guest and then resubscribe another. This means you cannot exchange or replace guests during their stay.

⚠️ The stay in the space is exclusive for the registered guests, and the entry of other people is not allowed.

⚠️ Separate organic waste from recyclable waste, disposing of them in different garbage bags.

⚠️ Use the service entrance and elevator when you have luggage or beach clothes.

⚠️ Our check-in is from 3pm and our check-out is before 11am. If you want to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, check availability.

⚠️ For each reservation we provide 1 set of bed linen per bed and 1 set of bath linen per guest. Bed and bath linen change services can be contracted and paid separately. Be careful with products that may damage them, as any damaged items may be debited from your security deposit.

⚠️ All guests must submit their identification document at least 24 hours before arrival.
