The space also offers amenities that go beyond what is expected, including a coworking area, ideal for those who need to combine leisure and work, and a practical smart market, ensuring quick access to essential items without leaving the condominium. For your convenience, there is also a 1-volume locker and a changing room, with a shower and toilet, both available free of charge to guests, as well as a 24-hour concierge. To ensure everything goes well, we ask that you pay attention to some house rules and warnings:
⚠️ No noise is allowed after 10pm (Noise Law).
⚠️ It is not allowed to take any items from the suite to the beach, such as beach chairs.
⚠️ The building where this accommodation is located has two entrances: one on Rua Prado Júnior, 48, and the other on Rua Princesa Isabel, 7. After 8pm, access should only be via Rua Princesa Isabel, 7.
⚠️ The sockets in the accommodation are 220V. Notebooks and cell phone chargers are bivolts (we recommend checking before use).
⚠️ The tenant must provide a list with the full names and identity documents of all the people who will be staying in the apartment during the stay, respecting the maximum number of people established in the reservation. People who are not on the provided list cannot enter the building.
⚠️ The stay in the space is exclusive for the registered guests, and the entry of other people is not allowed.
⚠️ Separate organic waste from recyclable waste, disposing of them in different garbage bags.
⚠️ Use the service entrance and elevator when you have luggage or beach clothes.
⚠️ Our check-in is from 3pm and our check-out is before 11am. If you want to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, check availability.
⚠️ For each reservation we provide 1 set of bed linen per bed and 1 set of bath linen per guest. Bed and bath linen change services can be contracted and paid separately. Be careful with products that may damage them, as any damaged items may be debited from your security deposit.
⚠️ All guests must submit their identification document at least 24 hours before arrival.

La ubicación y atención de los conserjes en Casa Rio es excelente, nos ayudaron y orientaron en todo lo que consultamos.
Tuvimos un solo contratiempo con la heladera de la habitacion, se cortaba la corriente al salir y supuestamente no debía cortarsee more
La ubicación y atención de los conserjes en Casa Rio es excelente, nos ayudaron y orientaron en todo lo que consultamos.
Tuvimos un solo contratiempo con la heladera de la habitacion, se cortaba la corriente al salir y supuestamente no debía cortarse la electricidad de los enchufes, pero no fue asi ya que al llegar de una excursion de todo el dia encontramos la heladera descongelada y las bebidas que teniamos no estaban frias como soliamos encontrarlas. Hicimos el correspondiente reclamo a la conserje, supuestamente elevo el mismo pero nunca vinieron a revisar ni nos solucionaron el problema de la corriente electrica, por lo que tuvimos que tirar yogures y fiambres para no comer algo en mal estado y poder seguir disfrutando nuestras vacaciones. La limpieza de los espacios comunes es buena pero los dias que habia llovido no secaban el balcon ni las mesas por lo que varias oportunidades no pudimos hacer uso de los mismos, ademas de que podrian ser fuente de mosquitos dengue y de que las mesas al ser de madera comenzaban a hincharse. Una pena esto ultimo! |

El balcon es parte de los espacios de uso comun, deberian mantenerlo como el resto, inclusive secado de las mesas para el goce de los pasajeros.

Controlar que las heladeras funcionen correctamente al abandonar la habitación para evitar que sus pasajeros ingieran comida en mal estado o deban ponerse a secar la heladera descongelada. Ofrecer con la tarifa el servicio de limpieza de la habitación y cambio de toallas y toallones, no creo que sea conveniente que el pasajero deba pedir elementos de limpieza para mantener la higiene de la misma. |

⚠️ The building where this accommodation is located has two entrances: one on Rua Prado Júnior, 48, and the other on Rua Princesa Isabel, 7. After 8pm, access should only be via Rua Princesa Isabel, 7.
⚠️ The sockets in the accommodation are 220V. Notebooks and cell phone chargers are bivolts (we recommend checking before use).
⚠️ The tenant must provide a list with the full names and identity documents of all the people who will be staying in the apartment during the stay, respecting the maximum number of people established in the reservation. People who are not on the provided list cannot enter the building.
⚠️ The stay in the space is exclusive for the registered guests, and the entry of other people is not allowed.
⚠️ Separate organic waste from recyclable waste, disposing of them in different garbage bags.
⚠️ Use the service entrance and elevator when you have luggage or beach clothes.
⚠️ Our check-in is from 3pm and our check-out is before 11am. If you want to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, check availability.
⚠️ For each reservation we provide 1 set of bed linen per bed and 1 set of bath linen per guest. Bed and bath linen change services can be contracted and paid separately. Be careful with products that may damage them, as any damaged items may be debited from your security deposit.
