NOTE: In order to maintain transparent communication with our guests, we inform you that construction work on the Casa Rio rooftop is ongoing from Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5:30pm.
With a privileged location, this accommodation is just a few steps from Copacabana beach, where you can enjoy the best of the neighborhood. In the area, you'll find the best restaurants, markets and stores for all your needs, all just a few steps away. What's more, it's just 5 minutes from the charming Leme Beach and 11 minutes from the Cardeal Arcoverde Metro Station, which makes it easy to get to other Rio de Janeiro attractions.
The space also offers amenities that go beyond the expected, including a coworking area, ideal for those who need to combine leisure and work, and a practical smart grocery store, guaranteeing quick access to essential items without leaving the condominium. For your convenience, there is also a 1-volume luggage locker and a cloakroom with shower and toilet, both available free of charge to guests, as well as a 24-hour concierge. Everything has been thought out to provide you with a stay of maximum comfort, practicality and convenience.
It is important to note that due to the position of the building it is not possible to see the Copacabana fireworks. However, we do have a rooftop where you can experience this incredible moment!

For everything to run smoothly, we ask you to pay attention to some of the house rules and notices:
⚠️ No noise is allowed after 10pm (Silence Law).
⚠️ It is not allowed to take any items from the suite to the beach, such as beach chairs.
⚠️ The building where this accommodation is located has two entrances: one on Rua Prado Júnior, 48, and the other on Rua Princesa Isabel, 7. After 8pm, access should only be via Rua Princesa Isabel, 7.
⚠️ The sockets in the accommodation are 220V. Notebooks and cell phone chargers are bivolts (we recommend checking before use).
⚠️ The renter must provide a list with the full names and identity documents of all the people who will be staying in the apartment during their stay, respecting the maximum number of people established in the reservation. People who are not on the list cannot enter the building.
⚠️ The space is exclusively for registered guests and no other people are allowed in.
⚠️ Separate organic waste from recyclable waste and dispose of it in different bags.
⚠️ Use the service entrance and elevator when carrying luggage or bathing suits.
⚠️ We check in from 3pm and check out before 11am. If you want to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, check availability.
⚠️ For each booking we provide 1 set of bed linen per bed and 1 set of bath linen per guest. Bed and bath linen change services can be contracted and paid for separately. Please take care with products that may be damaged, as any damaged items may be charged to your security deposit.
⚠️ All guests must send their ID at least 24 hours before arrival.

Como ya comenté en la habitación 19, que también alquilamos, la atención fue impecable. Atendieron todas mis dudas. (No resolvieron lo del olor)
La vista es muy linda, la habitación es muy cómoda. Todo es tal cual lo ven en las fotos!!!

Alquilé dos cuartos, en el número 22 mi marido y yo, y en el 19 mi hija. Nuestra habitación era más cara y supuestamente más grande. No fue así, el baño de la 19 es bastante más grande... y la habitación también. Deberían revisar esto.

De todas formas la habitación es hermosa, la vista increíble, pero el olor a cloaca o a desagüe fue fatal. Era claro que venía de una tapa que está en el piso de la cocina y del baño también. En la habitación de mi hija esto no pasaba. Les pedimos que lo solucionen... que nos cambien de cuarto... pero no... |

In addition, it is only 5 minutes from the charming Praia do Leme and 11 minutes from the Cardeal Arcoverde Metro Station, which facilitates access to other attractions in Rio de Janeiro.
The space also offers amenities that go beyond what is expected, including a coworking area, ideal for those who need to combine leisure and work, and a practical smart market, ensuring quick access to essential items without leaving the condominium. For your convenience, there is also a 1-volume locker and a changing room, with a shower and toilet, both available free of charge to guests, as well as a 24-hour concierge. Everything has been designed to provide you with a stay with maximum comfort, practicality and convenience.

To ensure everything goes well, we ask that you pay attention to some house rules and warnings:
⚠️ No noise is allowed after 10pm (Noise Law).
⚠️ It is not allowed to take any items from the suite to the beach, such as beach chairs.
⚠️ The building where this accommodation is located has two entrances: one on Rua Prado Júnior, 48, and the other on Rua Princesa Isabel, 7. After 8pm, access should only be via Rua Princesa Isabel, 7.
⚠️ The sockets in the accommodation are 220V. Notebooks and cell phone chargers are bivolts (we recommend checking before use).
⚠️ The tenant must provide a list with the full names and identity documents of all the people who will be staying in the apartment during the stay, respecting the maximum number of people established in the reservation. People who are not on the provided list cannot enter the building.
⚠️ The stay in the space is exclusive for the registered guests, and the entry of other people is not allowed.
⚠️ Separate organic waste from recyclable waste, disposing of them in different garbage bags.
⚠️ Use the service entrance and elevator when you have luggage or beach clothes.
⚠️ Our check-in is from 3pm and our check-out is before 11am. If you want to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, check availability.
⚠️ For each reservation we provide 1 set of bed linen per bed and 1 set of bath linen per guest. Bed and bath linen change services can be contracted and paid separately. Be careful with products that may damage them, as any damaged items may be debited from your security deposit.
