The department is spacious and very welcoming, with a beautiful wooden mezzanine that provides warmth. In the mezzanine there are two sectors: one with two single and a half beds that can be joined forming another matrimonial, and another with two twin beds arranged in L, accompanied by TV and radio, ideal for relaxing or for children to have their own space.

On the ground floor there is a charming room with a four-poster double bed. The living-dining room is spacious and bright, with a fully equipped integrated kitchen, laundry room and a sofa bed with an upper and lower bed to comfortably accommodate more people. The table for six allows enjoying group meals or intimate family moments. The bathroom has a bathtub.

From the kitchen and dining room, a privileged view of the lake and Catedral hill is enjoyed. This accommodation is perfect for families or groups who want to be close to everything, without losing comfort or warmth.

The department has two carefully designed rooms to meet your needs. Both rooms have the option to set up a matrimonial bed or two separate beds. Full bathroom with bathtub.
Our spacious living room is a versatile space to relax and share special moments. A sofa bed (trundle bed), specially designed for children with a comfortable and safe mattress, provides an ideal solution for families. A table for six people invites you to enjoy delicious meals and pleasant moments together. Entertainment and connectivity are guaranteed with a state-of-the-art television with high-speed Wi-Fi access.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and an electric kettle.
The department has two inner courtyards that will be an oasis of tranquility, they are not yet furnished, but they will be as soon as the weather improves.
