On the upper floor, there are five bedrooms and four bathrooms, as well as a south-facing balcony offering views of the mountain and the private pool. On the ground floor, there is a large open space with a living room, dining room and kitchen, all framed by spectacular views of Puerto de la Cruz. Also on this floor, there is an additional bedroom and a bathroom with a shower.

The swimming pool is completely private and can be heated for an additional cost of €140 per week. Its dimensions are 3.60 metres by 6.30 metres and a depth of 1.40 metres. The spacious outdoor area is equipped with comfortable furniture and features a barbecue, ideal for enjoying meals outdoors in a calm and pleasant environment.

The plot has an area of 500 m² and 265 m² built. There is space to park several vehicles both inside the property and on the street.

A weekly cleaning service is included at no additional cost, with the option to increase frequency for a supplement. Additional services such as personalised excursions, childcare, massages, extra cleaning, and home catering are also offered.
