Nice penthouse in the city and very close to the beach. It has a terrace with views of the mountains and you can also see the sea in the distance.
The house has two bedrooms with capacity for four people, fully equipped kitchen, living room with TV, free Wi-Fi and a great terrace where you can have breakfast, have a pleasant dinner.
The house is located in a quiet area of the city with Las Canteras beach just 400 meters away.
"Las Canteras Beach" is a long tongue of sand, occupying about 3800 meters of coastline, which stretches across the bay.
Las Canteras is one of the best urban beaches in the country and in the world, since it is a beach with good weather almost all year round. The place of the capital to relax, where time stands still and where you can do sports any day of the week, wearing a swimsuit, bikini, glasses and tube (snorkel), paddles (beach rackets) or surfboard.
In addition, it is a great reserve of marine life. Its seabed is a refuge for a thousand types of fish. On land, the refuge of walkers, fishermen, surfers. And it has a special feature. That peculiarity is what the locals call "La Barra", a long rock formation that spreads not far from the sand and protects a large part of the beach from the tides, transforming it into a natural saltwater pool with empty tide. A curious stone line that turns the bay into the best place on this side of the globe to practice swimming, and the salty sea facilitates buoyancy and the swimming goggles give the impression of being inside a large aquarium
