The independent bedroom has a nice and practical design, with a 1.50 metre bed and a comfortable mattress, with a large wardrobe, reading lamps, bedside tables and a nice headboard, where you can lean on to read leaning on it.

The living-dining room has a comfortable two-seater sofa, a floor lamp, very useful for reading and as extra light in case of teleworking, a four-seater dining table with four comfortable chairs. A coffee table, a Smart TV (extra screen for working) and a neat decoration.

The modern building where the property is located has a large solarium with sunbeds and sea views on the top floor, as well as a gym. There are also green areas in the courtyards. It also has 24 hour security and cameras in the communal areas.

The location is unbeatable, so it is not necessary to have a car, there are all kinds of services nearby, supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, hospitals... Moreover, just a few metres from the beach of Las Canteras, in the area of La Cícer, which is the sports area of the beach and next to the shopping centre Las Arenas and the Alfredo Kraus Auditorium.
