Welcome to this comfortable, well-cared-for and spacious flat, managed by Canariasgetaway, where the open-plan design perfectly connects the living room with the kitchen, featuring a balcony accessed from the living room, three double bedrooms and two full bathrooms.
The property is located 400 metres from the best area of Las Canteras Beach and 1 km from the iconic Santa Catalina Park. Situated on Calle Juan Rejón, which gives it a peaceful atmosphere, with only the living room facing Calle Juan Rejón, while the other rooms overlook spacious inner courtyards.
The living-dining room has a Smart TV and features two large windows that provide great luminosity and connect to the balcony.
The kitchen is modern and spacious, with ample storage capacity and fully equipped, both in terms of appliances and utensils.
The bedrooms are a haven of tranquility, as they overlook inner courtyards and have blinds. The three bedrooms can accommodate two people each and have a large built-in wardrobe. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom for greater comfort. In another bedroom, there is a wall-mounted Smart TV.
