The spacious, bright and comfortable holiday home has been designed for the comfort of its occupants, which consists on the ground floor of a living room with a carefully designed, laundry room with washer dryer and water heater 50 litres, plus a bright office, where you can work comfortably and a bathroom.
On the first floor, there are two attic bedrooms, with ceiling fans, with remote control and electric blinds, one of the bedrooms has a large double bed and the second has two single beds, plus another bathroom.
It also has an intelligent lighting system, to regulate the colour and intensity according to the atmosphere you want and intelligent locks, to be able to leave the accommodation without the need for keys during the day.
The housing is thought to respect, as far as possible, the ambient medium, with LED lighting, water and energy, likewise encourages recycling.
In short, a very well located accommodation next to the "Playa de Las Canteras", "Auditorio Alfredo Kraus" and Centro Comercial Las Arenas, where you will enjoy some unforgettable moments in Gran Canaria, also known as the "miniature continent" due to its climatic, geographical, floristic and faunistic diversity. The apartment is brand new and spotless. Kitchen is very well equipped and the floorplan is excellent. Location is very nice - not on the crowdiest part of Las Canteras but near everything.
