Beautiful holiday home of 65 square metres, in the centre of the city of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, with capacity for two people, on the first floor and exterior. It has a separate bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom, interior patio. It also has a solarium, with comfortable areas to relax.
The independent bedroom has a nice and practical design, with a 1.50 metre bed and a comfortable mattress, with a large wardrobe, reading lamps, bedside tables and a nice headboard, where you can lean on to read leaning on it.
The living-dining room has a comfortable two-seater sofa, a floor lamp, very useful for reading and as extra light in case of teleworking, a four-seater dining table with four comfortable chairs. A coffee table, a Smart TV (extra screen for working) and a neat decoration.
The kitchen is independent and open to the living room with a bar and two stools, it has a ceramic hob and is fully equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dryer, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.
The marble bathroom is very complete, with bidet, WC with dual flush cistern, separate shower and bathtub, both with screens, mirror with integrated light, hairdryer, 30 litre water heater and washing machine.
The interior patio offers another atmosphere, more chill out, ideal to work, eat, drink coffee or read, with a sunshade and outdoor furniture and plants, there is also a clothesline.
The modern building where the property is located has a large solarium with sunbeds and sea views on the top floor, as well as a gym. There are also green areas in the courtyards. It also has 24 hour security and cameras in the communal areas.
The location is unbeatable, so it is not necessary to have a car, there are all kinds of services nearby, supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, hospitals... El tiempo estuvo buenísimo en junio, así que disfrutamos de las posibilidades de la playa de las canteras que está cerquita a 2 calles, con estupendos restaurantes, escuelas de surf, auditorio, etc. repetiré otra vez en navidad.

En general todo bastante bien, incluso pudimos entrar al alojamiento antes de la hora. Esta muy bien situado y tener la opción de garaje está genial para poder moverte con el coche y no tener que estar buscando aparcamiento luego. Tienes un Supercor see more

El calor que hacía en la casa y que no hubiera aire acondicionado por lo que había que abrir las ventanas del salón pero el ruido de la calle era muy alto, bastantes coches. No tenía ni gel ni champú por lo que tienes que andar comprando todo extra. see more

Pone que tienen gimnasio y solárium y al subir arriba nos encontramos con que llevan meses en obras según nos comenta un chico de mantenimiento que había por allí. Por lo que no cumple con la descripción del lugar.
