Environment of the holiday home

The unburied treasure of the island's capital is Playa de Las Canteras. It is the pearl that the city does not hide. A long strip of sand, several kilometers long, that stretches across the bay. A place with a special charm that you can find 34 blocks from the cruise terminal.

The residents of the city repeat that Las Canteras is one of the best urban beaches in the country. And they have reason to think so. Because it is a beach with good weather almost all year round. The independent bedroom has a nice and practical design, with a 1.50 metre bed and a comfortable mattress, with a large wardrobe, reading lamps, bedside tables and a nice headboard, where you can lean on to read leaning on it.

The living-dining room has a comfortable two-seater sofa, a floor lamp, very useful for reading and as extra light in case of teleworking, a four-seater dining table with four comfortable chairs. A coffee table, a Smart TV (extra screen for working) and a neat decoration.

The kitchen is independent and open to the living room with a bar and two stools, it has a ceramic hob and is fully equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dryer, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.

The marble bathroom is very complete, with bidet, WC with dual flush cistern, separate shower and bathtub, both with screens, mirror with integrated light, hairdryer, 30 litre water heater and washing machine.

The interior patio offers another atmosphere, more chill out, ideal to work, eat, drink coffee or read, with a sunshade and outdoor furniture and plants, there is also a clothesline.

The modern building where the property is located has a large solarium with sunbeds and sea views on the top floor, as well as a gym. There are also green areas in the courtyards. It also has 24 hour security and cameras in the communal areas.

The location is unbeatable, so it is not necessary to have a car, there are all kinds of services nearby, supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, hospitals... Moreover, just a few metres from the beach of Las Canteras, in the area of La Cícer, which is the sports area of the beach and next to the shopping centre Las Arenas and the Alfredo Kraus Auditorium.
