Fabulous and beautiful two-storey chalet, located in San Agustín, in the south of Gran Canaria island, with a private pool.

Accommodation of 140 m², distributed over two floors, fully equipped and renovated in September 2023, with a pool, terrace and outdoor dining room, which has 2 bedrooms, one full bathroom, a toilet, air conditioning and capacity for 5 people.
Independent kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer. It also has a garden, garden furniture, fenced plot, 30 m² terrace, iron, wifi connection, hairdryer, air conditioning, private pool and a television.
Ideal chalet for a relaxing holiday near the sea.
Offers the possibility of contactless access.
The beaches of San Agustín (900 metres) and Las Burras (250 metres) are much calmer than the beaches of Maspalomas and Playa del Inglés, they are more protected beaches and therefore have better conditions for snorkelling and even for children, located 250 metres from the accommodation.
The San Agustín commercial centre area (500 metres) offers excellent restaurants where you can enjoy fresh fish and seafood, as well as international food, supermarkets and various shops. The Yumbo shopping centre, with a great leisure offer, is less than five minutes by car.

Beautiful house with lots of space for dining and lounging inside and out. Very well equipped kitchen. Lovely outside space with a small pool for a refreshing dip. Close to lots of shops and restaurants in San Augustin and less than 5 min walk to thesee more

Overall the location is worth a stay but during our stay there were construction works just in the neighboring house which shared our walls and the noise started early at 8 and ended at 18 so it was sort of hard to have a relaxing time while drills, see more

Mooi ruim en net huis op een rustige lokatie met een heerlijke privetuin en lekker zwembadje. Op loopafstand van het strand en winkels. Alles is aanwezig in huis, zelfs strandspeelgoed en strandmatjes. We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf!

La zona está muy bien, muy tranquila y cerca de la playa. La casa está adaptada para niños pequeños, la piscina con la barandilla es genial para estar en el jardín sin tener que estar pendiente del bebé. Estaba todo muy limpio y cuidado.

Que a la piscina le da poco el sol y está muy fría. Además en la habitación principal por la noche hay mucha luz, no tiene persiana. El horario del check-in, la entrada es a las 14.00h y la salida a las 11:00h.
