The house is located on the shores of Lake Nahuel Huapi. It is very comfortable, with its own garden and waterfront. It has 5 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, plus a sixth bedroom with its own bathroom, which was originally designed as a service room but can be perfectly used as a bedroom. The difference from the others is that it is smaller and does not have the same view.
Rooms and bathrooms: All have en-suite bathrooms except for the sixth.

On the other floor are the remaining bedrooms and the laundry room. Outside, there is a grill next to the kitchen and dining room and a large terrace. There is space for vehicle parking (uncovered). Note: includes 4 hours of cleaning per day.
