Located above the Varadero area, the Casa Zoe apartment is perfectly equipped for all your needs and the complex has simply spectacular views over the ocean. Enjoy the sun and the magical temperatures that Lanzarote offers all year round in the lounge area and in the pool.
Leaving the apartment, it has areas of bars and restaurants to enjoy your leisure time.
The closest beach is Playa Chica, known among locals as one of the most beautiful in Lanzarote.
Puerto del Carmen is situated in the southern-central part of the island, some 10 minutes away from the international airport, and is Lanzarote's main tourist area. It grew from just a small fishing village with few inhabitants to become one of the most popular tourist destinations in the Canary Islands. The boom began in the 60's when the Hotel Fariones and the Hotel San Antonio were built, which would mark the future of the area. It was named in honour of the Virgen del Carmen, the patron saint of fishermen. The Day of El Carmen's festivities involve carrying the Virgin on board a ship and sailing a short route along the coast of Lanzarote.
Puerto del Carmen's success is largely owed to the more than 6 km of beaches that line its coast, its calm and peaceful waters and its rewarding natural surroundings. Running parallel to the coast is the Avenida de las Playas, a broad promenade that combines all kinds of tourist services on the one hand, such as shops, businesses, cafés, restaurants and leisure arcades, and miles of peaceful beaches on the other.

We loved the view, the location and the private pool! The air con was a god send in the extreme heatwave! We found Mario's pizza next to the apartment serves amazing food! We would definitely stay here again the sea view is amazing! Its so quite asee more

We would definitely stay here again the sea view is amazing! Its so quite and private, the taxi service is great! The apartment itself is cosy, it has little touches like mosquitoe repellant plug ins which really impressed us!

È una casa attrezzata di tutto quello che serve (tostapane, mollette, detersivo, asciugamani, frigorifero, e tutto quello che serve dentro una cucina) sembrava di essere a casa propria!! Ci tornerei perché è proprio una bella struttura. La cosa che msee more

Ci tornerei perché è proprio una bella struttura. La cosa che mi ha stupito dove non trovo ovunque la presenza dello zucchero (di solito lo devo comprare), la carta stagnola, i prodotti per lavare... Sono piccole accortezze che sicuramente danno un valore in più alla casa. La presenza di una cassaforte con la chiave. Complimenti ai proprietari.
