This holiday home is located in a quiet residential area of Puerto de la Cruz, just minutes from the renowned Loro Parque and Jardín Beach. It offers private access both from the garage and from the main entrance located at street level. With an area of 90 square metres, the house has spacious and comfortable rooms.
Upon entering, you will find a fully equipped kitchen that covers all needs for a long stay, including a dishwasher. Next to the kitchen is a courtesy toilet. The living room has a comfortable sofa and a smart TV with international satellite channels, as well as free WiFi. From this room, you can access a spacious private terrace with views of Puerto de la Cruz and Loro Parque. The terrace is equipped with two sun loungers and a table with chairs to enjoy the outdoors.
On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with two single beds. The main bathroom has a shower and both bath towels and beach towels are provided. Travel cots and high chairs are also offered at no additional cost, upon request.
The property is ideal for those who work remotely, as it has an optical fibre internet connection with a symmetrical speed of 600 Mbps.
The guests have access to a communal swimming pool surrounded by a small garden, from where magnificent views of Teide and the sea can be contemplated. During the coldest months of winter, the pool is heated and covered to ensure a pleasant experience throughout the year.
