LUXURY VILLA WITH SEA VIEWS LARGE PRIVATE POOL AND SOLAR TERRACE WITH LARGE WOODEN BUILDING IN BARBECUE AND GAS BARBECUE.
Beautiful unobstructed view of the Atlantic Ocean and the golf course. Suitable for 10 adults and two children, up to 3 years. It is one of the best locations in Tenerife, quiet, on the Costa Adeje golf course and privacy. Close to the old fishing village of La Caleta and the luxurious Plaza del Duque shopping centre with numerous restaurants and shops. Also close to the (sandy) beaches of Bahía del Duque and La Caleta.
- The interior of the house is extremely luxurious and complete. There is a gas barbecue and a large charcoal barbecue on the terrace.
- Fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer.
- Laundry room with washing machine and dryer, living room, large screen TV Samsung 55, -satellite TV, Sonos sound system also on the terrace.
- Sofas Armchairs Dining table for 10 people.
- 5 bedrooms (10 beds) safe in each room, 4 bathrooms.
Outside a covered lounge with 10 seats, dining tables for 10 people. Hammocks (10) Umbrellas (5). Large heated private pool of 28 degrees Celsius (13. 5m x 5. 5m x1.5m). Outside shower (heated) Large garage. Wifi garden throughout the house and on the terraces.
