Designed to accommodate up to 10 adults and 2 young children, the property combines spaciousness, comfort and a refined style in each of its spaces. The interior is carefully decorated with high-quality furniture and has five bedrooms, all with a safe, and four elegant full bathrooms. The spacious living room has a Sonos sound system, a 55-inch Samsung television and comfortable seating areas to share with family or friends. The kitchen is fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances and everything necessary for a worry-free stay.

In the exterior, the villa has a spectacular terrace with a covered dining area for 10 people, chill out zone, 10 sun loungers, 5 umbrellas and a private heated swimming pool at 28°C (13.5 x 5.5 m) with an outdoor hot water shower. The experience is completed with a large gourmet area that includes a gas barbecue and a brick barbecue with charcoal, ideal for outdoor evenings.

The property also offers private garage, garden, Wi-Fi connection throughout the house and laundry service with washing machine and dryer. During their stay, bed linen change is included once a week, as well as regular maintenance of the pool and gardens (twice a week).
