From 6 January to 17 December: A 50% initial payment of the total amount is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% must be paid 60 days before arrival. Cancellations made at least 60 days in advance are refundable. Cancellations within 59 days prior to arrival are non-refundable.
From 18 December to 5 January: A 50% initial payment is required at the time of booking, non-refundable. The remaining 50% must be paid 90 days before arrival. No date changes are permitted during this period.
No refunds will be made for seasonal rate changes.
NOTE
For all full refunds paid by bank transfer, an administrative fee of USD 150 will be applied. For payments made by credit card, a 4% commission will be withheld on the paid amount.
