Date changes are not permitted during these periods. Changes will only be allowed in cases of force majeure, valid up to 11 months from the cancellation date. No refunds will be made for seasonal rate changes.

Five minutes by golf cart from La Cana Beach, the golf course and the Six Senses Spa. Thirteen minutes by golf cart from Corales course. Five minutes from the Oscar de la Renta Tennis Centre. Five minutes from the Ojos Indígenas Ecological Reserve. Ten minutes from Playa Blanca Beach.
Golf carts cannot circulate outside the resort; private transport is required for external travel. Five minutes by car from Puntacana Village and seven minutes from BlueMall Punta Cana.
Payment and Cancellation Policy
From 6 January to 17 December, 50% of the total amount is required at the time of booking, and the remaining 50% must be paid 60 days before arrival. Cancellations made at least 60 days in advance are refundable; cancellations within 59 days prior are not eligible for refund.
From 18 December to 5 January and during Thanksgiving week, 50% of the total amount is required at the time of booking, which is non-refundable. The remaining 50% must be paid 90 days before arrival. Date changes are not permitted during this season except for force majeure. Approved changes will be valid for a maximum of 11 months. No refunds will be made for seasonal rate differences.
An administrative fee of US$ 150 will be applied to all full refunds when payment has been made by bank transfer. For credit card payments, a 4% management fee will be withheld.
