From 6 January to 17 December: 50% of the total amount is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% must be paid 60 days before arrival. Cancellations made more than 60 days in advance are refundable. Within 59 days prior to arrival, no refunds will be applied.
From 18 December to 5 January and Thanksgiving week: 50% of the total amount is required at the time of booking, non-refundable. The remaining 50% must be paid 90 days before arrival.
Date changes are not permitted during these periods. Changes will only be authorised in cases of force majeure that limit travel. Such change will be valid for a maximum period of 11 months from the cancellation date. No refunds will be applied for seasonal rate changes.
NOTE
For all full refunds paid by bank transfer, an administrative fee of USD 150 will be applied. In payments made by credit card, a processing fee of 4% of the paid amount will be withheld.
