The villa has a private chef, butler, and two housekeepers responsible for daily cleaning service. The chef can prepare up to three meals a day plus snacks; food and beverages are not included. At least one staff member remains on the property 24 hours, housed in the service area when not on shift.
Planned Updates for 2026
Starting in 2026, Villa Londali will receive a series of carefully planned renovations and expansions. These will include new rooms, improvements to facilities, and greater occupancy capacity, all focused on elevating the guest experience and offering greater flexibility for large groups. These changes may influence future rates and booking conditions.

Maximum Capacity
The current configuration of 7 bedrooms allows accommodation for up to 16 guests, including children.
From 2026, with the expansion to 10 bedrooms, the capacity will increase to 22 guests.

Scalable Rates for 2026
The villa will be published as a 10-bedroom property, although the rate will vary depending on the number of rooms the guest wishes to reserve: 7, 8, 9 or 10 bedrooms (not applicable on holiday dates). An updated rate sheet must be requested for more details.

Tips
Tips of 8% to 10% are recommended on the rental amount before taxes and charges.
Concierge and Personalised Assistance
Once the booking is confirmed, a dedicated concierge is assigned to assist before and during the stay. This includes coordination of transfers, golf cart rental, scheduling of excursions and activities, massage services, personalised menus and supermarket shopping. Everything is designed to offer a smooth, comfortable and completely personalised experience.

A few minutes away by golf cart are La Cana Beach & Golf Club, Six Senses Spa, the Oscar de la Renta Tennis Centre, the Indigenous Eyes Reserve and Playa Blanca.
To access Puntacana Village, the supermarket or BlueMall Puntacana, private transport is required, as golf carts cannot leave the resort.

Booking and Cancellation Policies
From 6 January to 17 December, a 50% payment is required upon booking and the remaining balance 60 days before arrival. Cancellations more than 60 days in advance are refundable; within 59 days prior, no refunds apply.
For Christmas, New Year's, and Thanksgiving week, the 50% paid upon booking is non-refundable and the final payment must be made 90 days in advance.
Date changes are not permitted except for force majeure, with validity of 11 months from cancellation.
Refunds via transfer incur an administrative fee of 150 USD; card payments are subject to a 4% processing fee.
