From 18 December to 5 January and during Thanksgiving week, 50% of the total amount is required at the time of booking, which is non-refundable. The remaining 50% must be paid 90 days before arrival. Date changes are not permitted during this season except for force majeure. Approved changes will be valid for a maximum of 11 months. No refunds will be made for seasonal rate differences.
An administrative fee of US$ 170 will be applied to all full refunds when payment has been made by bank transfer. For credit card payments, a 4% management fee will be withheld.

The villa offers a comprehensive service consisting of a private chef, butler, and daily assistance. The butler is the only one authorized to drive the Chevrolet Tahoe for trips to the supermarket or Punta Cana Village, with fuel costs covered by the guest.
