CONCIERGE SERVICE
Once the booking is confirmed, a personal concierge will be assigned who will assist both in pre-arrival coordination and during the stay, including transfers to and from the airport, golf cart rental, activities and excursions, massages in the villa, menu coordination, supermarket shopping and organisation of special celebrations or experiences.

Airport transfer to and from Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ) can be coordinated as a courtesy service upon prior request and subject to provider availability and operational conditions.
This transfer service is a courtesy managed through an external provider. Availability, pickup times, and service conditions may be affected by airport traffic, guest delays, or provider operational factors. In case of delays or inability to pick up, alternative transportation options are always available at the airport.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Golf cart: Golf cart for 6 passengers from USD 80 per day.
Special golf cart policy during high season: During Christmas, New Year's, and Thanksgiving periods, all golf carts must be fully prepaid to guarantee the reservation. Cancellations are allowed up to 60 days before arrival. After this period, the reservation will not be refundable.
Bicycles from USD 15 to USD 35 (subject to availability). Supermarket shopping: USD 50 per trip.
Babysitting service, villa massages, tee times, excursions, and activities available upon prior request.
Requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

Payment and Cancellation Policy
From 6 January to 17 December: 50% of the total amount is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% must be paid 60 days before arrival. Cancellations made more than 60 days in advance are refundable. Within 59 days prior to arrival, no refunds will be applied.
From 18 December to 5 January and Thanksgiving week: 50% of the total amount is required at the time of booking, non-refundable. The remaining 50% must be paid 90 days before arrival.
Date changes are not permitted during these periods. Changes will only be authorised in cases of force majeure that limit travel. Such change will be valid for a maximum period of 11 months from the cancellation date. No refunds will be applied for seasonal rate changes.

NOTE
For all full refunds paid by bank transfer, an administrative fee of USD 150 will be applied. In payments made by credit card, a processing fee of 4% of the paid amount will be withheld.
