From 6 January to 17 December 50% of the total amount at the time of booking. The remaining 50% must be paid 60 days before arrival. Cancellations made 60 days in advance are refundable. Within 59 days prior, no refunds apply.
From 18 December to 5 January and Thanksgiving Week 50% of the total amount at the time of booking (non-refundable). The remaining 50% must be paid 90 days before arrival. Date changes are not permitted except for force majeure. In such a case, the credit will be valid for 11 months. No refunds will be made for seasonal rate changes.
Note For full refunds via bank transfer, an administrative fee of USD 150 will be applied. For payments made with credit card, 4% will be withheld for processing expenses.
