Additional Services
With an additional cost, golf carts, bicycles, babysitting services, in-villa massages, tee times, excursions, and various activities can be requested. Supermarket shopping has a per-trip cost. Chef service is also available from 120 USD to 160 USD per night, including preparation of up to three meals a day and snacks. To ensure availability, requests are recommended at least 48 hours in advance.

The villa is located in the exclusive gated community of Puntacana Resort & Club, just ten minutes from Punta Cana International Airport. The complex offers over 26 square miles of beaches, green areas, restaurants, sports activities, and a luxurious Caribbean atmosphere.
Resort Access
Guests have access, in some cases with an additional cost, to La Cana and Corales golf courses, beach clubs such as Playa Blanca and La Cana, restaurants and cigar bar, tennis, paddle, and pickleball courts, spa, water sports like sailing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, snorkelling, or diving, equestrian activities, the Ojos Indígenas ecological reserve, the petting zoo, and the resort's Kids Club.
Points of Interest
A few minutes by golf cart are La Cana Beach & Golf Club, Six Senses spa, Oscar de la Renta tennis centre, Ojos Indígenas reserve, and Playa Blanca. To visit Puntacana Village, the supermarket, or BlueMall Puntacana, private transport is required, as golf carts cannot leave the resort.
Booking and Cancellation Policies
Between 6 January and 17 December, a 50% payment is required upon booking, with the remainder due 60 days before arrival. Cancellations more than 60 days in advance are refundable; within 59 days prior, no refunds apply.
For Christmas, New Year, and Thanksgiving week, the 50% paid upon booking is non-refundable, and the final payment is made 90 days in advance. Date changes are not permitted except for force majeure, with validity of 11 months from cancellation.
Refunds via bank transfer incur an administrative charge of 150 USD, while card payments have a 4% hold for processing expenses.
