From 6 January to 17 December 50% of the total amount is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% must be paid 60 days before arrival. Cancellations made more than 60 days in advance are refundable. Cancellations within 59 days prior to arrival are not refundable.
From 18 December to 5 January and Thanksgiving Week 50% of the total amount is required at the time of booking (non-refundable). The remaining 50% must be paid 90 days before arrival.
Date changes are not permitted during this period, except in cases of force majeure preventing travel. In such a case, the credit will be valid for 11 months from the cancellation date. No refunds will be made for seasonal rate changes.
NOTE In the event of a full refund by bank transfer, an administrative fee of USD 150 will be applied. If payment was made by credit card, a 4% commission will be withheld from the amount paid.
