For dates from 18 December to 5 January and Thanksgiving week, the 50% deposit is non-refundable; the remainder is paid 90 days before arrival.
Date changes are not permitted except in cases of force majeure, valid up to 11 months after cancellation. No rates will be adjusted for seasonal differences.
Refunds by transfer have a charge of US$ 150. Card payments have a 4% processing fee.

The master bedroom, located on the second floor has a king-size bed and on the same floor there are three other bedrooms, one with two full size beds and the second one is the second master bedroom with a king size bed and also a kid's room with 2 twin bunk beds. On the ground floor you will find two other bedrooms, one with 1 full bed and the next one with 2 full. All rooms include air conditioning and TV's with international cable channels.
