Concierge and Personalised Assistance
Once the reservation is confirmed, a concierge is assigned to handle all prior coordination and assistance during the stay. Their functions include organising airport transfers, golf cart rentals, activities and excursions, massage services, menu planning and supermarket shopping. This ensures a smooth, comfortable and completely personalised experience.

The Villa
This tropical villa offers a unique accommodation experience, with spacious areas, natural light and a design thought for comfort. It has four rooms distributed on the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, indoor dining room, terrace and a private patio with a pool. All rooms have air conditioning, television, private bathroom and walk-in wardrobe.

Additional Services
With an additional cost, golf carts, bicycles, babysitting services, villa massages, tee times, excursions and various activities can be booked. Supermarket shopping has a cost per trip. Chef service can also be hired from 120 USD to 160 USD per night, including preparation of up to three meals a day plus snacks. To guarantee availability, requests are recommended at least 48 hours in advance.

Location
The villa is located within the exclusive gated community Puntacana Resort & Club, just ten minutes from Punta Cana International Airport. This 26-square-mile enclave offers temperate climate throughout the year, extensive green areas, paradise beaches and a complete leisure infrastructure.
Resort Access
Guests have access, in some cases with additional cost, to La Cana and Corales golf courses, Playa Blanca and La Cana beach clubs, restaurants and cigar bar, tennis, paddle and pickleball courts, spa, water sports such as sailing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, snorkelling and diving, equestrian activities, the Ojos Indígenas ecological reserve, the petting zoo and the resort's Kids Club.
Points of Interest
Just a few minutes by golf cart, you can reach La Cana Beach & Golf Club, Six Senses spa, Oscar de la Renta tennis centre, Ojos Indígenas reserve and Playa Blanca.
To visit Puntacana Village, the supermarket or BlueMall Puntacana, private transport is necessary, as golf carts cannot leave the resort.
Booking and Cancellation Policies
Between 6 January and 17 December, a 50% payment is required upon booking and the remainder 60 days before arrival. Cancellations more than 60 days in advance are refundable; within 59 days prior, no refunds apply.
For Christmas, New Year and Thanksgiving week, the 50% paid upon booking is non-refundable and the final payment is made 90 days in advance. Date changes are not permitted except for force majeure, with validity of 11 months from cancellation.
Bank transfer refunds have an administrative charge of 150 USD, and card payments apply a 4% hold for processing expenses.
