From 6 January to 17 December: 50% of the total is required upon booking confirmation. The remaining 50% must be paid 60 days before arrival. Cancellations made at least 60 days in advance are refundable. Cancellations with 59 days or less are not eligible for refund.
From 18 December to 5 January and Thanksgiving Week: 50% of the total is required at the time of booking, non-refundable amount. The remaining 50% must be paid 90 days before arrival.
Date changes are not permitted during these periods, except in cases of force majeure that limit travel. In such a case, the change will be valid for 11 months from the cancellation date. No refunds will be made for rate differences according to season.
Note: for full refunds, an administrative fee of USD 150 will be applied if payment was made by bank transfer. If payment was made by credit card, a 4% commission of the amount paid will be withheld.

Booking and Cancellation Policies
Between 6 January and 17 December, a 50% payment is requested upon booking and the remainder 60 days before arrival. Cancellations more than 60 days in advance are refundable; within 59 days prior, no refunds apply.
For Christmas, New Year and Thanksgiving week, the 50% paid upon booking is non-refundable and the final payment is made 90 days in advance. No date changes are permitted during these seasons except for force majeure, with validity of 11 months from cancellation.
Refunds by bank transfer include a charge of 150 USD and card payments apply a 4% hold for processing expenses. -
