Booking and Cancellation Policies
Between 6 January and 17 December, a 50% payment is required upon booking, with the remainder due 60 days before arrival. Cancellations more than 60 days in advance are refundable; within 59 days prior, no refunds apply.
For Christmas, New Year, and Thanksgiving week, the 50% paid upon booking is non-refundable, and the final payment is made 90 days in advance. Date changes are not permitted except for force majeure, with validity of 11 months from cancellation.
Refunds via bank transfer incur an administrative charge of 150 USD, while card payments have a 4% hold for processing expenses. -
