THE VILLA
This tropical Villa presents you with one of a kind accommodation experience!
The main building have 5 bedrooms, 4 rooms of them have King size beds and the fifth room have 2 double size beds. Fully equipped kitchen, extensive living room terrace & dining room, private courtyard with swimming pool. All rooms include air conditioning, TV, private bathroom and walk-in closet.

The second building have 4 bedrooms, 2 rooms of them have King size beds and the other 2 rooms have 2 full size beds. PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Jan 6th-Dec 17th- 50% of the total amount is required on time of booking. Remaining 50% is due 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellations 60 days prior to arrival are refundable, within 59 days or less refunds won’t apply.

Dec 18-Jan 5th and Thanksgiving Week- 50% of the total amount is required on time of booking, this amount is non refundable. Remaining 50% is due 90 days prior to arrival.

No date changes will be allowed for this season; we will only allow date changes if force majeure limits travel; this change will be valid for 11 months from the time of cancellation. No refunds will be given for seasonality rate changes

NOTE: 150 USD administration fee applies for all full refunds if payment was in wire transfer; if the payment was made by credit card a processing fee of a 4% of the paid amount will be retained.

Capacity and Tips
The villa has a maximum capacity of 20 guests, including children. A minimum tip of 8% is recommended and 10% is suggested on the rental amount before taxes and charges.

Upon confirming the reservation, a specialised concierge is assigned who will coordinate all aspects prior to arrival and assist throughout the stay. Their responsibilities include organising airport transfers, golf cart rental, activity and excursion bookings, massage services, menu planning, and supermarket shopping. The experience is designed to offer total comfort and personalised attention to every detail.
