The butler is the only one authorized to drive the Chevrolet Tahoe for trips to the supermarket or Punta Cana Village, with fuel costs covered by the guest. The chef can prepare up to three meals a day plus snacks. Food and beverages are not included. The maximum capacity is 14 guests, including children, and a tip of 8% to 10% of the rental value before taxes and charges is recommended.

Booking and Cancellation Policies
Between January 6 and December 17, a 50% payment is requested upon confirmation, with the remainder due 60 days before arrival. Cancellations up to 60 days prior are refundable; after that, no refunds apply.
For Christmas, New Year's, and Thanksgiving week, a non-refundable 50% is requested upon booking, with final payment 90 days before. Date changes are not permitted except for force majeure, with validity of 11 months.
Refunds have an administrative charge of 150 USD for wire transfers and a 4% hold on card payments.
